We deliver to all European Union (EU) countries. We currently do not ship outside the EU.
All orders include VAT at your country's rate, calculated and displayed at checkout. We are OSS-registered, ensuring full EU tax compliance.

8. Delivery Disputes
Order marked "Delivered" but not received?
Contact us immediately. We open a carrier investigation (5–10 business days). Refunds/replacements issued only after investigation confirmation.
